Requesting a refund: Email us at support@purivawellness.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of your experience. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. No need to return the product.

Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date
  • Limited to one refund per customer
  • Applies to first-time bundle purchases

Wrong or damaged items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, reach out to support@purivawellness.com with a photo of what you received. We will send a replacement at no cost, no questions asked.
